Ask a question over a set of documents, like company annual reports or NIST guidance, and get an answer where every claim cites the passage it came from. If the documents can’t support an answer, it says so instead of guessing.

How it’s built
Hybrid search over Postgres, Claude for answers, and a second model that checks every citation before you see it. A scored evaluation suite runs on every change and blocks any release that makes answers less grounded. The latest scores are public, and anyone can connect to it through its MCP server.
Key decisions
Refuse rather than guess. A strict check blocks any answer the documents can’t back up, and the evaluation gate blocks any release that would weaken it.
