What it does
Each morning it reads your calendar and reminders and proposes a focus block for your most important work. You talk it through by voice or text, and nothing is written to your calendar until you say yes. It can also read photos of handwritten notes into your own notes vault and turn them into reminders and appointments.
Who it’s for
Started as my own daily system, run with Claude Code in the terminal. Now it’s a working showcase of how I build AI into everyday tools.
How it’s built
A React Native iOS app with a Python backend. Claude runs the planning conversation, Whisper handles voice, and you can bring your own model. Your existing calendar entries are never moved.
Key decisions
Three tiers of judgement. Plain code for dates and arithmetic, a small decision model for routing and scoring, and the language model only for the conversation. And nothing is written to your calendar without a yes.
